Produced by Terroir al Límit around Torroja del Priorat, this Priorat red reflects the region's slate-and-clay soils. It is an even blend of Garnacha and Carignano from 25–40 year-old vines. The wine is made with whole-cluster fermentation and aged in foudres and concrete for an extended period, preserving freshness and tension.
