Trimbach's Riesling Cuvée Frédéric Émile is a dry white wine made entirely from Riesling, with fruit largely sourced from the Grand Cru Geisberg and Osterberg parcels in Ribeauvillé. The vines average about 45 years old and low yields contribute to concentrated, structured flavors. The wine shows pronounced mineral character, firm acidity and a powerful, precise texture. It has strong aging potential and pairs well with noble fish, shellfish and richer white meats.
