Description

From Weingut Bernhard Ott, the Ried Spiegel 1ÖTW is a single-vineyard Grüner Veltliner from Feuersbrunn in Wagram that emphasizes a cool, refined Veltliner style. It is hand-harvested, undergoes spontaneous fermentation, is basket-pressed and aged for two winters in large Stockinger oak casks. Aromas of meadow herbs, lime zest and a dark mineral thread are complemented by an elegant, juicy and sapid palate.
