Il Gusto di Xinge in Florence is led by chef Xin Ge Liu and focuses on Asian cuisine and dim sum: bao, sheng jian bao, squid-ink ravioli and gnocchi filled with turbot and shrimp appear regularly on the menu. The venue combines a restaurant with the Drinx cocktail bar, whose cocktail list uses matcha, sake and other Eastern ingredients; the chef developed the project from a small takeaway into an independent restaurant and the place is selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
