Etra is a fine dining restaurant in Genoa that combines creative Italian cooking with a rotating collection of artworks. Housed in the UNESCO-listed Palazzo Doria de Fornari in the city centre, the venue is discreet, not visible from the street and open by reservation only. Launched in 2023 from the Stupendo project by Alessandro Ferrada and Iacopo Briano, it features dishes presented on ammonites, fossil wood and mother-of-pearl shells.
