Ippogrifo, located in the Foce district of Genova, is a family-run restaurant opened in 1982 by two of the Vaccaro brothers. The kitchen follows Mediterranean and Ligurian traditions, emphasizing largely Tyrrhenian seafood, Piedmontese meats, fresh basil for pesto, Ligurian oils and homemade pasta, bread, grissini and focacce.
