Via Eugenio Ruspoli 72r, 16129 · Genova
Osteria della Foce in Genova, opened in December 2017, focuses on market-driven, territory-based cooking that highlights seasonal ingredients and carefully sourced Italian products, from basil to Sicilian oranges and Trentino berries. Dishes are cooked to order; the kitchen makes bread, pasta and desserts in-house, and the evening menu features farinata prepared on the spot.
