Opened in December 2013 in Milan, Dim Sum serves modern Cantonese cuisine with an emphasis on dim sum — Shao Mai, jiaozi and Shao Long Bao — presented in bamboo baskets and often paired with a glass of champagne. The interior features deep blue lighting, mirrors with delicate chain details and streamlined furnishings that highlight the colors of small meat, fish and vegetable plates, soups and petit desserts.
