Frades Porto Cervo in Milan is the project of three brothers from Orani: a shop with a kitchen and a wine shop close to the Duomo, featuring a large counter for cured meats and cheeses and an open fresh pasta workshop. The kitchen is led by Roberto, while Valerio is the master pasta maker and salumiere responsible for culurgiones and seadas; the menu focuses on fish, seafood and Sardinian dishes. The offer also includes selected Sardinian products and cocktails pairing island spirits.
