L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele is Naples' historic pizzeria maintained by the Condurro family, now in its fifth generation of master pizzaioli; the family's roots date to 1870 and Michele opened the first pizzeria in 1906, with the current historic site in Naples since 1930. The limited menu focuses on the classic Margherita and Marinara, made with Campanian ingredients — flour, fiordilatte and oil — whose supply chain is traceable and certified via blockchain by Authentico.
