Urubamba in Naples presents Nikkei cuisine, a blend of Peruvian ingredients and Japanese techniques, led by chef Keisuke Aramaki. Founded by Dario Cecaro and Vincenzo Ricciolino with the trademark registered on 23 May 2017, it opened on 17 November 2017 in Riviera di Chiaia and in March 2024 moved to Via Gaetano Filangieri into a three-storey building with a rooftop overlooking the main shopping street.
