All'Oro is a Rome restaurant led by chef Riccardo Di Giacinto, with Ramona overseeing the dining room; it opened on 24 April 2007. The kitchen focuses on creative Italian dishes that highlight selected ingredients, with examples such as a coda alla vaccinara turned into a rocher and cod sourced from Iceland. Since 2017 the restaurant occupies the centre of The H'All Tailor Suite hotel in central Rome and maintains a carefully chosen wine list.
