Since 1968 the Compagnucci family has run Domenico dal 1968 in Rome; today Arnaldo oversees a menu focused on Roman and Lazian dishes such as amatriciana, carbonara, pajata, stuffed-pasta soups, tripe and frequently changing fish plates. The intimate room, with mirrors, soft lighting and candles, seats 45 plus outdoor tables and features wines from Lazio (Casale del Giglio, Fontana Candida, Sant’Apollaria) and local craft beers. The restaurant holds a Bib Gourmand MICHELIN distinction.
