Il Convivio Troiani opened in 1990 in Rome and has held a MICHELIN star since 1993. Since 1999 it has been housed in a historic palazzo with three dining rooms and an ancient tower. The cooking is product-focused: sourcing from small producers and favoring organic, DOP and IGP ingredients; certified Conosci il tuo Pasto since 2013, recognized as a Bio Ristorante, and the menu lists its suppliers.
