Opera in Turin is a restaurant selected by the MICHELIN Guide offering creative Italian cuisine rooted in seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is led by chef Stefano Sforza, who presents an à la carte selection, a vegetarian menu and the chef-led 'Opera' menu; his background includes Bellevue di Cogne, Del Cambio, Trussardi alla Scala and Turin Palace. The 300-square-metre interior features exposed brick, vaulted ceilings and an industrial design developed by the Cometto family.
