Al Covo is a historic restaurant in Venice, established in 1987 from an early-20th-century osteria. The kitchen emphasizes Venetian tradition with a focus on fish and seafood: it uses sustainably caught fish from local fishermen, pasta and desserts made with Mulino Marino stone-milled flours and artisanal extra-virgin olive oils. The wine list includes natural wines and produce grown on the island of Sant'Erasmo through the Osti in Orto project.
