Bistrot de Venise, established in 1993 in the heart of Venice, offers traditional Venetian cuisine grounded in research into local culinary origins and paired with a selection of rare wines. Chef Marcello has led the kitchen since December 2021, working on historic recipes with carefully chosen ingredients; the restaurant also retails extra virgin olive oil and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP. The dining room is intimate, elegant and lends a romantic atmosphere.
