Wistèria is a restaurant in Venice with a garden beneath a wisteria pergola, an indoor dining room and a quiet canal frontage, a short walk from the Frari and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco. The modern kitchen is led by Marco Gregori and Nicolò Pometti, with sous chef Filippo Chinnellato and pastry chef Christian Andreatta; the Serendipity menu highlights seasonal Adriatic and lagoon ingredients, local producers committed to sustainability and selected Eastern influences. The project was brought together by founders Andrea and Max when they reunited in 2019.
