Description

The 1701 Franciacorta Blanc de Noirs Pas Dosé 2020 is a vintage Franciacorta DOCG from the 1701 estate. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the 'Brolo' vineyard and the production is certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter). Released as Pas Dosé (0 g/l), the wine spends about 30 months on the lees before disgorgement; alcohol is 12.5%. The vines are planted on deep morainic soils with abundant stony content.
