1701’s Franciacorta Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine produced in Cazzago San Martino within the Franciacorta DOCG. The blend is predominantly Chardonnay with a portion of Pinot Noir (85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir), and the wine is aged on lees prior to release. The Brut by 1701 is non-vintage.
