Description
The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico “Ravazzòl” is a red wine produced by A.A Ca’ La Bionda in Marano di Valpolicella. It is made from partially dried grapes—predominantly Corvina (70%) and Corvinone (20%), with Rondinella and Molinara (10%)—sourced from the Ravazzòl hillside. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and the wine is aged for about 42 months in large oak casks; on the palate it is complex, full-bodied and long, with notes of cherry liqueur, pepper and tobacco. This is a terroir-driven Amarone with good aging potential.
