A. Christmann’s Riesling Trocken “Idig” GG is a dry Riesling from the VDP.GROSSE LAGE Idig in Königsbach, Pfalz. Grapes are hand-harvested and the wine is fermented spontaneously in large oak vessels; the vineyard sits on Terra Fusca (calcareous) soils with traces of basalt, producing a pronounced stony minerality. The tasting profile typically shows white stone fruit and citrus, bright acidity and a saline, focused finish.
