Made by Accornero, Bricco del Bosco Vigne Vecchie is a single-varietal Grignolino from the Monferrato Casalese area, sourced from the estate’s eponymous vineyard in Vignale Monferrato. The wine undergoes extended skin contact fermentation and prolonged ageing in oak tonneaux followed by further bottle maturation. On the palate it shows ripe red-fruit and spice notes with balsamic hints, a pronounced tannic structure and a long finish. Pairs well with hearty meat dishes and other robust preparations where a full-bodied regional red is desired.
