Description
The Barbaresco Rombone Elisa from Ada Nada is a Barbaresco DOCG from the Rombone cru in the municipality of Treiso. Made from 100% Nebbiolo, it is aged roughly 18–20 months in large oak casks and then rested in bottle before release. It shows an intense carmine-to-garnet colour, aromas of ripe fruit and spice, and an elegant tannic structure. Production is limited to approximately 4,000 bottles.
