La Cabaña de Cazoga “Cepas Centenarias” is a red wine from Ribeira Sacra (Amandi subzone). It is made primarily from Mencía grapes grown on centenary vines and shows ripe red fruit, mineral notes and subtle herbal tones. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and spends time aging in used French oak barrels, with light filtration prior to bottling.
