Produced by Adrien Lattard, a young micro-négociant based in the Côte de Beaune, this Bourgogne Côte d'Or is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from parcels around Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault. Vinification includes fermentation and aging in oak barrels with a portion of new barriques, which contributes to the wine’s structure. It is a limited-production cuvée.
