Les Epinettes by Adrien Renoir is a single-vineyard cuvée from the Les Épinettes lieu-dit in Verzy, a Grand Cru site on the Montagne de Reims. It is a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir, reflecting the chalky terroir of Verzy. Known vintages are vinified with attention to purity and often low dosage, yielding a focused and mineral-driven profile.
