Description

Atoma is Agrapart’s Blanc de Blancs cuvée, created as a multi‑vintage (perpetual) blend with a 2023 base and a Grand Cru reserve started in 2020. It is made from 100% Chardonnay from seven Côte des Blancs crus (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Vertus and Bergères‑lès‑Vertus), fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged 20–24 months on fine lees and released as a Brut Nature.
