Description

Complantée from Pascal Agrapart is an Extra Brut Grand Cru non-vintage cuvée made from a field blend in the Avize terroir. It is assembled from six varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Pinot Blanc — produced as a blend of two vintages with a low dosage (around 5 g/L). The wine reflects Agrapart’s careful vineyard work and natural winemaking approach.
