Les 7 Crus offers a broad view of Agrapart's vineyards, bringing together grapes from seven villages and wines from different harvests. Chardonnay leads the cuvée, with a contribution from Pinot Noir; its origins include the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger. It is the first step in the family's exploration of place, before the more narrowly defined selections in the range. Care for the soil and attention to the grapes accompany winemaking without fining or filtration. Its welcoming character therefore retains a direct connection with the vineyards behind it.
