Description

Minéral begins with a precise geological choice: Chardonnay from Avize and Cramant grown where a thin layer of topsoil leaves chalk close to the surface. Agrapart brings these origins together in an always-vintage Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, conceived to express the chalky dimension of its vineyards. The family describes the wine as precise, savoury and saline. Restrained dosage supports this clear reading of place, while the identity of an individual harvest remains integral to the wine. Within the range, it joins two villages through the shared structure of their soils.
