Description

Terroirs brings together Chardonnay from the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger in a collective interpretation of the Côte des Blancs. Agrapart selects the parcels and combines wines from different harvests to explore how these places complement one another. This Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs holds a central position in the range, between the breadth of Les 7 Crus and more narrowly focused expressions of individual sites. The family's work begins with living soils and continues without fining or filtration. Restrained dosage leaves room for Chardonnay and the distinctions between its origins.
