Pascal Agrapart’s Vénus 2019 is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Avize, made exclusively from Chardonnay from old vines. It is produced as a single-vintage cuvée and released in a very dry style (Brut Nature). The wine emphasizes terroir expression from the Côte des Blancs, showing focused minerality and refined texture.
