This 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru “Vide-Bourse” is produced by Albert Bichot from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Vide-Bourse climat. The bouquet is elegant and complex, showing citrus and floral notes that may develop into dried fruit and spice; the palate is broad, rich and well structured with subtle oak influence. Pairs well with fine fish, shellfish and white meats.
