Description

Produced by Domaine Albert Grivault in Meursault (Côte de Beaune, Bourgogne), this wine is the Meursault Premier Cru Clos des Perrières. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone, clay and sandy soils with a south–southwest exposure; vinification includes barrel aging with a variable proportion of new oak. The estate is a principal owner in the appellation and the Clos yields a limited production (about 9,300 bottles annually) from just over 1.5 hectares.
