Description
Albert Pic's Pic Premier is a Chablis cuvée made from Chardonnay selected in Premier Cru vineyards and produced in vintages considered particularly suitable. Its identity comes from blending different origins within a house founded in 1755. Patrick de Ladoucette took over in 1985, introducing temperature-controlled cellar equipment. Fermentation and maturation of the cuvée use stainless steel, while the bottle reproduces the shape of an old house design. Grape selection, cellar work and the house's history thus meet in a distinctive expression of the Chablis area.
