Albino Rocca’s Barbaresco “Angelo” is a red Barbaresco DOCG produced from 100% Nebbiolo. Grapes are assembled from vineyards between Ronchi and Ovello in Barbaresco and Montesino in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, with submerged-cap vinification and extended maceration. The wine is matured roughly 20 months in oak casks and then aged about 9 months in bottle.
