Description

Alexandra Couvreur’s 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté is a white wine made from Aligoté grapes coming from a small parcel near Bouze‑lès‑Beaune in the Hautes‑Côtes de Beaune. The bottling is produced in very limited quantities and is typically vinified with a low‑intervention/biodynamic approach. On the palate it highlights the Aligoté grape’s signature freshness and acidity, often with a clear mineral character.
