Description

Le Cretot à Droite 2022 from Alexandra Couvreur is a Bourgogne Aligoté made entirely from Aligoté grapes, sourced from a small parcel at Bouze‑lès‑Beaune in the Hautes‑Côtes de Beaune. The wine shows bright citrus notes, a pronounced mineral backbone and medium body, expressing the site-driven character of Aligoté. It undergoes extended aging in old barrels, which softens the texture while preserving the wine’s natural acidity and tension.
