Description

The Diplodocus 2020 from Alexandre Chaillon is a vintage Champagne from the Vallée de la Marne released as a Brut Nature. It is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier sourced from Coteaux Sud d’Épernay parcels (Brugny and Pierry), showing the mineral signature of chalk, marl and clay soils. Vinification includes œufs en grès and extended lees ageing prior to disgorgement, with no added dosage. The wine presents a vertical, fresh profile with citrus notes, toasty hints and a saline finish.
