Description

The "Sous les Trous" 2022 by Alexandre Grimee is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs — Brut Nature within the Champagne AOC, made exclusively from Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from the single vineyard (lieu-dit) Sous les Trous in Bonneil and were vinified in oak barrels (228 L and 350 L) with malolactic fermentation. The tirage took place on April 12, 2023 and the wine was disgorged without dosage on July 18, 2025; production was limited to 2,723 bottles.
