Description

Amplitude focuses Alexandre Lamblot's work on Chardonnay, in a cuvée produced only when the grower considers the fruit suitable. It gives a white-grape voice to his Collection d'identité, alongside the estate's Meunier interpretations and blends. The base wines are made with indigenous yeasts, with previously used barrels playing an important role. Its Brut Nature approach excludes the addition of sugar at disgorgement. Rather than an automatically repeated formula, Amplitude represents a process of selection, following the character of Chardonnay through vinification and bottle maturation while keeping the grower's choices central to the wine.
