Mouvance reflects Alexandre Lamblot's freedom to reconsider a blend according to what the harvest provides. The version associated with the 2017 crop brings together origins in Vrigny and Chenay, reinterpreting the approach of Intuition Nature. The soils are predominantly sandy, with a component of silt. Winemaking favours slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation and time in wood before the second fermentation. The absence of dosage completes a search for balance through the grapes and maturation. This cuvée makes the role of selection and adaptation particularly clear, offering an insight into the decisions behind the grower's work.
