A single-vineyard white made from 100% Sémillon grown in the La Colline parcel in Franschhoek. The old-vine fruit (planted 1936) is whole-bunch pressed, fermented spontaneously in old oak barrels and aged on primary lees for about 18 months. The wine shows a textured, full-bodied profile with aromas of marzipan, bitter orange, candied peel and a subtle spearmint lift.
