Description

Amalgamè 2023 is a red from the Jura by Allante et Boulanger, produced as a blend of Petit Béclan, Gamay, Ploussard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir. The bouquet shows fresh red berries, earthy undertones and a subtle mineral thread. On the palate it is light-bodied and lively, with bright acidity, gentle tannins and a savoury finish. The wine is made from destemmed grapes co-fermented with native yeasts and matured roughly twelve months in 300-litre barrels before bottling without fining or filtration.
