Fieramonte is the Amarone Riserva through which Allegrini highlights its namesake high hillside vineyard in Valpolicella. Eastern and southeastern exposures support balanced grape ripening, followed by selection and hand harvesting. Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta undergo traditional drying in a dedicated drying room before vinification. Maturation involves French oak barriques, a subsequent period in large Slavonian oak casks and rest in bottle. Its identity thus brings together a precisely defined vineyard origin, the concentration achieved through grape drying and an extended cellar journey rooted in the family’s history.
