The 2021 Casòn Bianco from Alois Lageder is a Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine from the Casòn Hirschprunn estate in Magrè, Alto Adige. The 2021 blend is led by Viognier with Petit Manseng as a complementary variety; small additions of other complementary grapes are occasionally made. On the palate it is aromatic and full-bodied, showing candied fruit and citrus aromas, exotic spice hints, fresh acidity and a long finish.
