Description

Altemasi Blanc de Noirs Trento DOC 2021 is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown on the hills of Trentino. The wine spends roughly 36 months on the lees after secondary fermentation, developing a fine mousse and aromas of peach, redcurrant and subtle pastry notes. On the palate it shows structure, balance and a distinct mineral finish. It pairs well with shellfish, fish dishes and other light preparations.
