Description

The Altemasi Trento Brut Riserva Graal 2018 is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced by Altemasi under the Trento DOC Riserva appellation. The cuvée is predominantly Chardonnay with Pinot Noir (official blend 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir) and is aged on the lees for more than 60 months (about 68 months) prior to release. Bright golden in color with a fine mousse, it displays notes of apple, stone fruit and citrus with mineral undertones; the palate is structured, balanced and long-lasting.
