The Polisy Brut Nature Rosé from André Beaufort is an un-dosed sparkling wine of the Champagne AOC produced in the Polisy area of the Côte des Bar. The cuvée is composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (around 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay). The Beaufort estate cultivates its vineyards using organic/biodynamic methods for the fruit used in this bottling.
